Awaken your inner power.

The journey to the self, through the self.

I have always been convinced that Yoga arrives into your life just when you need it. Not sooner nor later, just at the right moment.

I am an active woman, police officer for more than 15 years, and always practiced all types of adventurous sports. Canyoning, climbing, skiing, hiking and running. I needed that continuous kick of adrenaline in my life. I’ve never had time to stop, always busy doing something, and when I finally stopped, I felt always I was wasting my time.

Ten years ago, I started with power yoga to give more flexibility to my body, and I used to love those sweaty active sequences full of movement and beautiful poses. The only part I did not like was Savasana, and somehow the pose that I struggled the most for many years. My brain used to overthink during savasana, and I even used to get anxious being that quiet.

It wasn’t until 2017 that life hit me with a challenging event, I had a ski accident that badly injured my right shoulder and right knee. I had to suddenly stop all my activity, and I was in crazy pain. I could not sleep, not breath, not eat, not even stand myself. I remember those first days, like I was trapped in my own body and all I could think of, was pain.

I started breathing exercises without even knowing it when the pain was unbearable. I used to repeat in my head: THIS WILL PASS, JUST BREATH!

My physiotherapist was a yogi and after a few days of therapy, he started recommending me some books. Mainly breathing techniques and mindfulness to control my pain waves.

Soon after that he recommended me to introduce Restorative yoga for my rehabilitation. And that blow my mind. I started finding peace in my brain. I managed to control the pain through my breath exercises and mobility started to come with the Yoga exercises. For the first time I became the observer of my own self. I stopped looking outwards, to start looking inwards.

A year on, I was starting to get back on my feet and surprised the doctors with my full recovery. They never thought I would be able to fully move my shoulder again and I proved them wrong.

This was the start of my true journey to Yoga, when I discovered the true benefits through this incredible journey to the self.

I learned more about myself, about my soul and for sure about how body and mind are connected in an incredible balance.

I had awakened my inner power, and yet at that time, I wasn’t yet aware of it.

The journey continued, moving to another country to travel for a while, and the journey to the self, continued. I studied more about yoga philosophy, and I started to train myself to become a yoga teacher. I wanted others to know the miracle that yoga can bring to your life.

During those years, yoga proved again to me, to be a healing medicine and brought even more balance and strength to my life.

After my coaching training, I did my Yoga Teacher training and finally I started to teach others the benefits of this practice.

Healing people through yoga has become my superpower. Using my knowledge and experience, I have guided many people into the self, through the self.

I still learn every day, and the people I learn from the most are those magical souls that cross my path.

The one thing I do best, is provide you with tools to find that path. At the end of the day, the only way to the self is the self.

I encourage you to start this beautiful journey, stop overthinking, stop judging yourself and others, stop doing, and just BE!

They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
