  • In a world that demands we always be available, do more, run tirelessly... here I invite you to do the opposite: to stop, to listen, to take a moment just for yourself. Because balance isn't found in noise, but in the calm spaces we give ourselves.

Here we talk about yoga, menopause, holistic therapies, and everything that helps us live with greater awareness and well-being. And the best part: it's a living space, where what emerges and what you, the listener, propose also has a voice.

Every Monday, I'll be waiting for you at this stop with a new topic.
