It is a therapeutic method that, that helps and improve symptoms for women going through perimenopause and menopause.

Our Happy Menopause therapy is based on a full class of 60 minutes where the first 20 minutes we will enjoy a sequence of Conscious Movement exercises to activate our metabolism with some cardio moves, our second part will be 30 minutes of Yin and Restorative Yoga, slow and cooling down the system and we will end with 10 minutes of Breathing exercises to restore the balance of our body and mind.

Entering the menopause, we need to take time for us and this class will help retain muscle flexibility, general mobility and balance which is needed to avoid potentially dangerous falls.
